Fanboy Expo’s Knoxville Summer show is right around the corner. This email is being sent to you as a Vendor for the 2019 Knoxville Fanboy Expo.

GREEN ZONE
Green Zone Vendors will be allowed to load the following times:
Wednesday July 10th 9am-5pm (loading dock open 9am-3pm)
Thursday July 11th 8am-8pm (loading dock open 8am-4pm)
Friday July 12th 8am-11am (loading dock open 8am-10am)

PREMIUM BOOTHS, VENDORS WITH 2 OR MORE 10X10 BOOTHS, VEHICLES AND LARGE COSPLAY BOOTHS
BLUE ZONE
Blue Zone Vendors will be allowed to load in the following times
Thursday July 11th 8am-8pm (loading dock open 8am-4pm)
Friday July 12th 8am-11am (loading dock open 8am-10am)

SINGLE 10X10 RETAIL BOOTHS (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ARTIST TABLES OR BOOTHS)
YELLOW ZONE
Yellow Zone Vendors will be allowed to load in the following times:
Thursday July 11th 1030am-8pm (loading dock for unload closes at 4pm)
Friday July 12th 8am-11am (loading dock open 8am-10am)

RED ZONE AT THE W
Red Zone Vendors will load in at THE W in World’s Fair Park. RED ZONE does not LOAD IN AT THE CONVENTION CENTER
Red Zone Load in Times:
Thursday July 11th 9am-6pm (loading dock open 9am-3pm)
Friday July 12th 9am-11am (loading dock open 9am-1030am)
MOVE IN KNOXVILLE CONVENTION CENTER:
- All vendors must check in with Vendor load in services before advancing to their booth. Vendor load in services will provide them with their Vendor Packet that will contain their badges, procedures info, tax info and any other information needed. Once checked in, a Vendor Volunteer will walk vendor to their booth. (Extra booth badges available for purchase here)
- ALL vendors must bring proof of payment. This can be in the form of a PayPal receipt or Square receipt or other payment receipt. ANY vendors who do NOT have receipt of payment, will have to wait for verification from management.
- Vendors have between 45min-60min (30-40 at W) to unload their vehicle unless otherwise authorized by show management or by convention center security. Security will catalog vehicles and will begin announcing when vehicles need to move. If vehicle is not moved in allotted time, convention center security reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the expense of the owner.
- Neither Convention services nor Fanboy Expo lend out dollies or carts. You must bring your own cart or rent one from the convention services group
- Electrical, additional tables and chairs are all available on site
FOR MOVE IN:
- Vendors will need to report to the Blackstock lot first and check in with the guard. That guard will tell them when they can drive over to the loading dock. If Blackstock guard is not their due to early morning opening or weather, wait for a few minutes.
- Once vendor arrives at the loading dock, the guard will tell them where to park their vehicle to unload
- Once the vehicle is unloaded and items brought to the booth, the car must be moved out of the loading dock.
- Vehicles can be moved to Locust Street Garage, Blackstock Lot or Poplar lot if Poplar lot is available. Box Trucks and Trailers not able to park in Locust Street Garage.
PARKING:
- Large Trucks and trailers may only park at the Blackstock lot.
- Vendors may have to park away from the convention center and walk over
- Locust St Garage offers free parking on weekends and after 7pm on weekdays
- There is NO free parking at any hotel or at the church. In addition, there is no parking at the UT LOT on the other side of the Poplar Lot
FOR MOVE OUT:
- Absolutely no vendor may load out until Knoxville Convention Center Security give permission
- Vendors May load up their booths and THEN retrieve vehicles to load out Sunday evening
- Knoxville Security will again be granting a Maximum time a vehicle can be in the loading dock area.
FOR W MOVE IN:

- Vendors will follow Map directions to load in dock
- Celebrity Vehicles must have the following:
- Locking gas cap
- Detached battery once set
- Less than a quarter tank of gas
